As early as you can, ideally 2–4 weeks ahead. Fridays, month-ends and school holidays fill up first. We'll always try to help with shorter notice.

Yes. Goods in transit and public liability insurance details are available on request.

Yes. Choose full packing, part packing, or buy boxes, tape and wrap and pack yourself.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes and tables can be taken apart and rebuilt at your new place. Tell us about large or awkward items when you ask for a quote.

For safety and legal reasons we can't move hazardous items such as gas bottles, flammable liquids, fireworks or chemicals. Ask us if you're unsure.

Yes, by arrangement. Saturday slots are standard; Sundays and bank holidays depend on crew availability.

Yes. We move single items, a few boxes or a van-load as well as full house and office moves.

You get a written quote before you commit. For most moves it is a fixed price based on what is being moved, the distance and the access at both ends.

Let us know as soon as you can. We'll move your booking to the next available date, subject to availability.

We can advise on parking and access before moving day. Permits are arranged through your local council.

Tell us as soon as possible, ideally on the day and within 3 days at the latest, with photos. We'll look into it and take you through the claims process.

Yes. We plan around your timetable and can move out of hours or over a weekend so Monday is business as usual.
